We are having Ducksgiving this year, since no one is rllaey fond of turkey and everyone looooooves my duck. I bought the ducks (all three of them) at HEB because my dad didn't want to spring for the expensive good ducks at Whole Foods that I prefer. The local ducks were still $2.99 a pound. The Whole Food ducks are Muscovies rather than the fat white domestic duck most people make into Duck a la Orange.
